CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel any reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival, without any charge.

If you do not cancel before 72 hours, the day of your reservation will be charged the full amount, NO refund will be made.

HOUSE RULES

Zero alcohol policy on our property.

No food or drinks are accepted inside the rooms.

No cooking after 23:00 hrs.

We do not accept stag/hen parties.

No smoking inside the hostel.

Pets are not allowed.

Shared rooms are available for guests over 18 years old. When booking a bed, the property reserves the right to accommodate guests in beds occupying full rooms, so the room booked may not match.

Our dormitories are off limits to anyone who is not properly registered and registered and we only accept adults over the age of 18. Anyone not staying at the hostel can only be in reception or waiting in the common room.

Under 18’s can only stay in a private room, the whole room must be booked as private – it cannot be shared with anyone who is not part of your group. You must be accompanied by an adult and a parental consent form must be provided at check-in.
